Shipping Policy
All artwork is insured for the value of the purchase price.
If artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the exterior of the box, the inside with original packaging, and the damaged piece. Photos are required for insurance claims.
If possible, we will work to replace or repair the damaged item. If the piece is damaged beyond repair or replacement, the customer will be reimbursed for artwork amount
All artwork must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery in order for a claim to be considered. All images of damage can be sent to info@kk-gallery.com. Please keep packing materials for the claim process. Call 310.730.6262 during business hours for immediate assistance.
